RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

SNIFFY PETS is owned and operated by SNIFFY PETS LLC.
This Return Policy applies to all products purchased through:
Only refunds are made, once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer, no refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered.
Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we offer returns and refunds, if you are not satisfied with our products. Purchases made on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If it has been 14 days since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund.
2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN
- Full name of the person who placed the order.
- Order number.
- Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, undamaged, and free from dog hair). We recommend you try on item(s) indoor in case you need to return or exchange it.
- All items must have their original packaging like hang tag, cards and still attach with the item(s).
- All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
- Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please pack the product in a secure package and we recommend using tracking shipping services as we cannot guarantee the package(s) will arrive to us. SNIFFY PETS will not responsible for any lost during return shipping time.
- All sale products are final sale and non-refundable (this includes the product(s) you have used a promo code for.)
- Shipping return and original costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
- SNIFFY PETS reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Return and Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the you at your own cost.

We always try our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products and all packages are carefully checked and hand-packed with care, however, if upon receipt of the product, it is defective or damaged, we apologize for that and offer you an exchange for the same product or another product with the same value. If the same product is out of stock, we will refund back in full amount for you. Please feel free to contact us through our contact information immediately within 24 hours, after 24 hours, we apologize but we cannot refund or exchange for you.
To be eligible for return or refund, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the package include these information:
- Full name of the person who placed the order and email address
- Order number.
- Proof of damage or defect of the product(s) (photo or video).
4. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Once your return package(s) has been received and being inspected by our team and your package(s) has been accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. If your return does not meet our conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense and we will have all rights not to refund for you. If your return package(s) has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and all return shipping costs will be responsible by you unless the reason for return is due to faulty or damaged product(s).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you still not received the refund, please double check your bank account (please keep in mind refund amount will not include the shipping cost), contact your bank or credit card company as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or your card. If within 10 business days and you still haven't received the refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS/CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for item(s) that are final sale (includes the item(s) you have used a promo code for) or subject to promotions. We also cannot issue refunds or returns for gift cards and human apparels (made to order apparels,hats, t-shirts, etc that is for human). If you have changed your mind about your order, make changes of your order or want to cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com immediately. Only orders that are in processing time and have not yet been shipped can be cancel or making changes. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer you a cancellation or refund.
To save your time and your money, please make sure to measure your dog(s) carefully and based on our size chart. If you are still having problems in sizing your dog(s), feel free to contact us. Also, please make sure to double-checked all sizes, patterns, products you put in your cart are correct before check out and placed the order. We will not accept or offer any refund, exchange or return if you ordered the wrong product(s), wrong sizes or patterns.
6. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees so please make sure to double-checked your shipping information carefully.
