SNIFFY PETS is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
We deliver nationally around United States.
All our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM PT). For security reasons, we will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
- All orders from $34.99 and below: $5
- Free shipping for all orders in US over $35
3. SHIPPING TIME
All orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days so please allow additional 1-4 business days for orders to be shipped since we are a small business and all packages are hand-packed carefully by us.
Delivery times will be vary depending on your location and please allow extra time for delivery on peak time and holidays. SNIFFY PETS will not responsible for any shipping time, and we cannot refund for any items that arrive later than expected, lost or delayed, and are out of our control.
Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.
4. SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping time, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, SNIFFY PETS is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance for international shipping). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
6. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
7. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure all your shipping information is correct and up to date. SNIFFY PETS will take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address based on the information you provided to us. Once your item is shipped unfortunately we cannot do anything. All packages are hand-packed carefully to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damages from our shipping courier.
8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
SNIFFY PETS will not take charge, or make refunds for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
We recommend you to provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
